Ignite the Cause is Spitfire Tacos + Tequila’s new dine-and-donate program created to fuel connection, community, and meaningful impact right here in Idaho. Because at Spitfire, food has always been our way of bringing people together, and now, it’s also our way of giving back.

Here’s how it works: local nonprofits partner with Spitfire for a night of tacos, good times, and purpose. Guests simply come in to eat, and 10% of all food and beverage sales from that evening go directly to the featured organization. No extra steps. No add-ons. Just enjoying great food while supporting causes that help Idaho thrive.

To kick off the program, we’ve teamed up with The Idaho Foodbank to help fight hunger during the giving season. Donation stations are live at both our Eagle and McCall locations, drop off canned or non-perishable goods and help fuel Idaho families this winter.
