Spitfire Ignite the Cause Nights: Program Terms & Guidelines

Mission & Purpose
Spitfire is proud to support the Idaho communities we serve. Our Ignite the Cause program invites local non-profit organizations to partner with us. You bring your supporters; we bring hospitality - and we’ll commit 10% of sales to your cause.

Eligibility

We will consider applications from the following types of organizations:

  • K–12 Schools, PTAs, Booster Clubs

  • Youth Sports / Athletic Programs

  • Special Needs / Disability Advocacy Groups

  • Libraries & Literacy Programs

  • Community Gardens & Sustainable Agriculture Groups

  • Nonprofit Food Assistance / Hunger Relief Programs

  • First Responders

  • University Student Groups (non-profit, non-political entities)

We do not support:

  • Individuals (scholarships, stipends)

  • For-profit businesses

  • Political, fraternal or lobbying groups

  • Memorials, capital campaigns, endowment funds

  • Religious/faith-based fundraising for worship or doctrine

  • Gift card activations / third-party ticketed events

Application Process & Timing

  • All applications can be submitted via our online form.

  • We encourage applications at least 2 weeks prior to the desired event date.

  • We review requests weekly, but space and nights fill fast; early submission is encouraged.

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline any request at our discretion.

Event Mechanics & Terms

  • Donations are based only on food and beverage sales during the event window.

  • Gift card purchases or reloads do not count toward the donation amount.

  • The participating organization is responsible for promoting the event (flyers, social, word of mouth).

  • Spitfire will provide co-branded promotional assets (digital flyer, social templates).

  • After the event, we will provide and issue payment within 14 days. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a fundraiser if event guidelines are violated.

Branding / Marketing Use

  • Approved organizations may use the Spitfire name and logo in event materials, but all materials must be approved by Spitfire.

  • In social posts and promotions, we encourage using a consistent hashtag and tagging Spitfire. We will share details.

  • Spitfire may also highlight the event on its own channels (social, email) to amplify reach.

Discrimination & Compliance

  • Spitfire will not partner with any organization that discriminates on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.

  • The organization must certify in the application that it meets eligibility and legal requirements.
