Application Process & Timing
All applications can be submitted via our online form.
We encourage applications at least 2 weeks prior to the desired event date.
We review requests weekly, but space and nights fill fast; early submission is encouraged.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any request at our discretion.
Event Mechanics & Terms
Donations are based only on food and beverage sales during the event window.
Gift card purchases or reloads do not count toward the donation amount.
The participating organization is responsible for promoting the event (flyers, social, word of mouth).
Spitfire will provide co-branded promotional assets (digital flyer, social templates).
After the event, we will provide and issue payment within 14 days.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a fundraiser if event guidelines are violated.
Branding / Marketing Use
Approved organizations may use the Spitfire name and logo in event materials, but all materials must be approved by Spitfire.
In social posts and promotions, we encourage using a consistent hashtag and tagging Spitfire. We will share details.
Spitfire may also highlight the event on its own channels (social, email) to amplify reach.
Discrimination & Compliance
Spitfire will not partner with any organization that discriminates on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, etc.
The organization must certify in the application that it meets eligibility and legal requirements.
Community First. Always.
Our goal is simple: make an impact, build community, and spread good vibes (and tacos) across Idaho.
