Doors open to the public on Tuesday, August 6, 2025.

Nestled directly on the dock of McCall’s scenic Payette Lake, the new Spitfire location will offer guests a one-of-a-kind dining experience where craft tacos, handcrafted cocktails, and lakeside views come together in perfect harmony. Spitfire McCall will feature a full-service bar, dockside patio seating, music, and a menu packed with fan favorites like the crispy pork belly taco, house-made salsas, and their famous tequila flights.

In addition to its in-house dining, Spitfire is proud to announce its partnership offering onboard catering for McCall Lake Cruises. Guests setting sail on Payette Lake can now enjoy elevated eats on the water, including The Ultimate Baja Charcuterie Board - a beautifully presented, Baja-inspired grazing board. It's the perfect upgrade for sunset cruises, private charters, and celebrations on The Idaho.
