GARDEN CITY, IDAHO — May 29, 2026 - Four-time Boise Favorites winner Spitfire Tacos + Tequila is opening its third Idaho location at The Boardwalk in Garden City’s Waterfront District this Taco Tuesday, June 2, bringing its globally inspired tacos, agave-forward cocktail program, and high-energy dining experience to one of the Treasure Valley’s fastest-growing destinations.

Known for its “authentically made, inauthentic tacos,” Spitfire pairs globally inspired Mexican dining with an agave-forward cocktail program and a high-energy full-service experience designed around gathering. The Garden City opening marks the brand’s latest expansion and introduces its bold, flavor-driven concept to the Greenbelt community.

The opening lands appropriately on Taco Tuesday, with Spitfire celebrating with a grand opening party tied to its year-long Tacocktail Trail program.  Guests will be among the first to try the June taco and margarita pairing, the latest monthly release in an ongoing series designed to keep the menu fresh, seasonal, and worth returning for throughout the year.
